Meet the Consultant
Jana Darlington, MPH
Hi! I'm Jana, the principal consultant at The Change Suite. I have over ten years of experience working as an internal and external consultant. I received a B.S. in Athletic Training, a Master's in Public Health, and am pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. I leverage this education with my experiences and high self-expectations to provide the critical consulting services previously outlined.
I am an expert puzzler who enjoys the work of fixing, including identifying problems from the striking to the nuanced. I take tremendous pride in taking the time to understand and be understood.
As a highly accountable person, I recognize that accountability has been used as a weapon in organizations and against individuals instead of as a tool to get the best organizations and people have to offer. I have balanced respect and empathy with rigor and accountability, and it is my personal mission to show that you can have both high standards and good relationships while accomplishing hard things.
